Questions people usually ask first.

  • Our core hours (10:00–19:00 PKT) cover the full Gulf working day and the UK/EU morning to mid-afternoon; for US clients we take calls in our evening, which is your morning. We agree a daily overlap window, post async updates in Slack or WhatsApp, and record demos so nothing waits on a meeting.

  • You do. All source code, designs and project files transfer to you on final payment. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details.

  • Fixed-price projects are split into milestones — you pay as each one is delivered and approved. Dedicated developers and retainers are billed monthly.

  • Yes. We can own a project end to end, or plug a developer into your sprints, repo and tools.

  • Every project includes a post-launch support window for fixes. After that, you can move to a monthly care plan, a retainer, or simply call us when you need something.

  • No — we work with businesses in Pakistan and worldwide. Most of our communication is in English, and we can invoice in USD or PKR.
