Proposals and payments

Scope, timelines, prices and payment milestones are set out in each written proposal. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any initial milestone is paid.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of code, designs and deliverables created for you transfers to you on full and final payment.

Confidentiality

We treat project information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before discovery.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
