Overview

The fastest honest path from idea to real users.

An MVP — minimum viable product — is the smallest version of your product that gives real users real value, so you can learn whether the idea works before spending your whole budget. The hard part isn't building fast; it's deciding what to leave out.

We start with a scoping workshop to define your core user, the one problem you're solving and the features that prove it. You see a clickable prototype before development begins, then we build in weekly sprints on a stack chosen to move fast now and scale later — usually Next.js, React Native and Supabase.

We also set up the measurement you'll need after launch: analytics, onboarding funnels and feedback channels. When the data says it's working, the same codebase carries you into your next version instead of a rewrite.

FAQ

MVP Development questions, answered.

  • Most MVPs take 6–12 weeks from scoping to launch, depending on platforms and integrations. We agree the feature list and timeline in writing before development starts.

  • A prototype shows how the product will look and flow but doesn't do real work; an MVP is a working product real users can sign up for and use. We usually build a clickable prototype first to validate the flow, then the MVP.

  • Usually a web app first: it's faster to build, easier to update and works on every device. A mobile app makes sense first when the product depends on phone features like the camera, location or push notifications.

  • Sometimes, yes — no-code is great for validating simple ideas. Custom code makes sense when you need specific workflows, integrations, performance or full ownership of your IP. We'll tell you honestly if no-code would serve you better.

  • Yes. All code, designs and accounts are yours on final payment, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share your idea.

  • Yes, often. We explain technical decisions in plain language, help you prioritise features and can stay on as your development team after launch.
