The client's legacy dashboard was slow, hard to extend and blocked merchant onboarding behind manual compliance checks.

What we built

Rebuilt the dashboard in Next.js with server components and streaming tables.

Designed a guided KYC onboarding flow with document upload and status tracking.

Added role-based access for finance, support and admin teams.
